HatiCon has established a measurement and testing laboratory in order to verify the results of the development process and provide quality assurance.

All components and systems in the HatiCon range are tested here for durability and uniformity.

In addition to standard measurement and testing equipment, a key component of the laboratory is an Inspekt Table Blue 20kN universal testing machine from Hegewald und Peschke.

With this test equipment it is possible to conduct testing of tensile load, compression load, fluctuating stress and continuous stress up to a tensile load or compression load of 20kN.

Measuring accuracy stands at +/- 0,01 µm and +/- 1% for force measurement,pursuant to DIN EN ISO 7500-1 Class 1 and ASTM E4.

All measurement results are stored in a non-manipulable database and may be accessed at HatiCon at any time in the form of test reports. All testing tools and equipment are produced to the highest standards and catalogued at our engineering facility in order to guarantee maximum reproducibility of the conditions.

Evaluation components include stress-strain protocols, elongation diagrams etc. .
